Business Information: Business name, description, and image (if uploaded from your photo library).
Loyalty Data: Information about scanned customers and their loyalty status.
Device Information: Camera access (for barcode scanning via ZXing Barcode Reader), biometrics (for login), and photo library access (for uploading business images).
Usage Analytics: We use Azure Application Insights to collect anonymous usage statistics to improve the app’s performance.

To create and manage user accounts.
To allow users to create businesses and manage loyalty programs.
To authenticate users using biometrics or passwords.
To improve app performance through analytics.

4. Data Protection & Security

Passwords are encrypted using a hash to protect user credentials.
All data transmission is secured using HTTPS.
We do not share or sell user data with third parties.

5. User Rights & Data Deletion

Users can delete their account at any time within the app.
Once an account is deleted, all associated data is permanently removed.

Loyvo integrates with ZXing Barcode Reader for scanning and Azure Application Insights for analytics. Please refer to their respective privacy policies for more information.

7. Camera & Photo Library Access

Camera access is required for scanning barcodes.
Photo library access is only used when uploading a business image.
