How to start using Loyvo?

1. Download the app.
2. Register your acount by clicking the settings icon in the top left.
3. Once registered, go to settings - business and create a new one.
4. You will need to enter your business details such as name, logo, amount of stamps needed for reward, description of reward.
5. Start scanning customers QR codes by clicking the QR icon in the top right of the home page.
6. You can invite employees to join your business and scan from their device if you purchase Loyvo Plus.

How is Loyvo free?

Loyvo is free to use for individuals. You can create a business and start stamping customers by scanning their QR codes with ease. If your business is bigger and you need to allow other employees to stamp customers, then a Loyvo Plus subscription is needed. This can be purchased from the settings menu and also allows you to view your stats and send messages to your customers.

How can I recover my stamps if I lose my phone?

Once you sign into your account, your data is backed up. You can access your loyalties or businesses from any other phone. Note - signing up is not necessary for customers, however your data will not be backed up.
